Hank Wang is a ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of British Columbia and a diploma in Human Kinetics - Physical Education from Capilano University.
Coming from a sports background in basketball and National Level Sprint Canoeing, Hank has trained and learnt alongside some of the best athletes in the world.
From as young as 7 year old children all the way up to 80 year old adults and everyone in between, Hank has years of experience working with individuals of all fitness levels and goals.
He has been involved with the club since 2017 and has worked with multiple athletes going on to play at the NCAA Division 1 and USports level. He has worked with PSA players and some of the top juniors in Canada. He has also worked with international worlds master athletes, and many national champions in all age categories.
But no matter your goal and level, Hank has a plan that can be tailored made for you, whether that’s building strength, improving your athleticism, improve overall health/wellness, staying injury/pain free etc..
