  • You may enter 2 doubles events.
  • Entry fee is $30 per racquet for the first event. $10 per racquet for the second event.
  • Play begins:
    Men's play begins Tuesday, 2008.11.18
    Ladies' play begins Wednesday, 2008.11.19
    Mixed play beginsWednesday, 2008.11.19
    with all finals on Sunday, 2008.11.23
  • Draw available Monday, 2008.11.17 18:00 — 604–985–8636, or on the Evergreen web site (start times only).

Volunteers Needed

It takes a lot of help to run a tournament. Please volunteer your time. Use the entry form, or contact either Adam Radziminski or Scott Sibley.

Payment Options

Preferred Methods
Enter on-line, then drop off, or mail, a cheque, or money order, for the total amount, payable to Evergreen Squash Club, at the club.
OR
Complete a hardcopy entry form, and either attach a cheque, or include your credit card information, and submit to the club (drop off or mail).
N.B. entry must be received at the club by the deadline above.

2008 Western Canadian Doubles

The 2008 Western Canadian Doubles Tournament will once again be hosted by the Evergreen Squash Club: Tuesday, November 18 - Sunday, November 23, 2008.

$1000 Prize Money only for Mixed Open!

The tournament chairs, Scott Sibley & Adam Radziminski wish to encourage all local doubles players' participation.

How to Enter

On-line registration will open November 1st, after 2:00 AM.

Or, you can download, print, complete and submit — with payment — an hardcopy entry form.

E-mail Scott Sibley with the pertinent information. Then use one of the available payment options (see sidebar).

Tournament Details

Check the sidebar for dates, times and such.

Eyeguards are mandatory.

Winners must referee the next match.

Van Lawn is white attire only, unless pair has matching (exactly) team uniforms.

Entries inlcude: 2+ matches per event, beer tix, goodie bag, & prizes.

Friday: Freybe BBQ in the evening

Saturday: Freybe BBQ open all day

Saturday Night: house party, check out details at club during tournament.

Sunday: Wine & Cheese after Mixed final.
