Evergreen Squash Club — Pure Squash

Ladies welcome!

An Evergreen Squash Club membership is one terrific value.

Feel the need to get out, to get fit, or, perhaps to try something new. Squash could be the game you are looking for.

Through squash you will join an energetic and social community, make new friends, develop, or improve, your racquet skills, and very likely, get a lit bit fitter. Yes, their is a learning curve involved. But, with a bit of coaching, and the help of the community you will find yourself enjoying the game in no time.

Membership at Evergreen Squash Club has something to offer everyone.

Have questions or just want to get the ball rolling, use our on-line form.

The Multnomah Athletic Club Presents

2009 Pacific Coast Doubles Championships

The 2009 Pacific Coast Doubles Championships is just around the corner. Let's not skip over the holiday season but be sure to mark your calendar for January 23rd. May I remind you also to make your flight plans now for this event? Remember that if you are nice … Santa Claus may even stuff your stocking with some tournament budget funds (like an entry fee or plane ticket to PDX). This year's tournament is sponsored in part by the Multnomah Athletic Foundation and help from Tom Wrightson.

We are excited for some early commitments to the draw that will assure some great competition in the age groups. With your participation this will be true of all of the divisions. In addition to a hosted Saturday night dinner there will be food next to the courts Friday night and a voucher for food available at the club restaurants throughout the weekend. And of course frosty is flowing at the tap, thanks to MacTarnahan's Brewing Company.

Please be sure to let us know if our team of Chuck Williams, Ann Johnson or I can help make this trip happen for you. Ann is a great resource for museum venues or day and evening events or outings available in downtown Portland (as most of you know a short walk from the Multnomah Athletic Club).
