• You may enter 2 doubles events.
• Entry fee is $45 per racquet for the first event. $10 per racquet for the second event.
• Play begins:
  Local play begins Tuesday, 2009.11.17
  Out of town players must be available
  Friday, 2009.11.20 5:00 PM
  with all finals on Sunday, 2009.11.22
• Draw available on-line Monday, 2009.11.16 6:00 PM — a Draw tab will show above.

Dinner & Party

A dinner and party will be held Saturday, 2009.11.21, at the Hurricane Grill, North Vancouver, starting at 7:00 PM.

Everyone is welcome to come to the dinner, including those not entered in the tournament. The cost is $15 per person not entered in the tournament.

Volunteers Needed

We encourage local participants to volunteer their time to make this tournament a great experience for our out–of–town guests! Please indicate when and where you can help (registration, starting refs, kitchen — friday only, bartending).

Enter on-line, then drop off, or mail, a cheque, or money order, for the total amount, payable to Evergreen Squash Club, at the club. Please indicate on cheque that it is for the 2009 WCD.

OR

Complete a hardcopy entry form, and either attach a cheque, or include your credit card information, and submit to the club (drop off or mail).

N.B. entry must be received at the club by the deadline above.
